Expertizon Terms of Use
Our Terms of Use govern your use of the Expertizon platform. Review these essential points before proceeding.
1. Platform description
Expertizon is a platform connecting European suppliers with marketplace operators seeking differentiated products.
2. Platform role
Expertizon facilitates introductions, supplier evaluations, and onboarding processes between suppliers and marketplace operators. Expertizon is not a party to commercial agreements concluded between users of the platform.
3. Supplier evaluation
Suppliers may be evaluated using the Expertizon supplier readiness framework. Acceptance into the network is subject to review.
4. User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information regarding their products, production capacity, certifications, and business operations.
5. Non-circumvention
Suppliers and marketplace operators introduced through Expertizon agree not to bypass the platform to establish direct commercial relationships that circumvent Expertizon's role.
6. Term and termination
Either party may terminate your account with written notice. Some obligations survive termination.

9. Limitation of liability
Expertizon shall not be liable for damages resulting from commercial relationships formed between users of the platform.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
